Possibly a stupid question.

I want to pay for something using PayPal.

Seller is ok with this as long as I pay the fees.

How do I do this?

work out paypals percentage and add that to the sum you owe him, there is no automated way to do this.

So go to paypals page and read around for how much they are going to deduct. i think it works out as around 2% if i recall correctly, but dont risk taking my failing memmory on it if it means losing the deal, check up on it yourself.
 
get their paypal id and then go to the paypal website and click pay money then enter their id and the amount then click send
