Any ideas on a frame number please?

Hi all,

Have just bought an 853 frame which has been refurbed by Argos. It looks vey much like a Raleigh SBDU. Im struggling to put a photo on here. It's frame number is 4505399 does that make sense to anyone?

The vast majority of SBDU frames are stamped with a sequential number starting with SB.
