Quintessentially English Touring Bike Build Ideas?

Hi all

I'm working on my first touring bike build project and I'm looking for some ideas for building the bike up with quintessentially English parts (as much as possible as I will have a Shimano group and wheel set)

I have a Bob Jackson frame. I'll be getting a Brooks B15 Titanium saddle. Also going to get a Carradice saddle bag.

Any other ideas? Thanks!

You could go on with mudguards by Bluemels or Bantel.

Bluemels mudguards, Brooks saddle, Michelin World Tours, Campag Gran Sport, GB bars and stem, Weimnann 999 brakes or GB 66s, Carradice saddle bag, toe clips not cleats and lastly 27" wheels not 700c...
