It's something I've known about (but been keeping quiet about for the past 6 months), but the Eroica is coming to the UK in 2014.

It will be based in the White Peak, probably in the summer. I've got my ear to the ground and if I'm officially allowed to say any more (I have a few contacts) I'll keep you all informed.

Yes, It will be.

It's Gian and Marco of Nonnas / La Squadra who are the driving force behind it in conjunction with the Peak District National Park.

That sounds great.

I'd love to attend L'Eroica in Italy, but as it falls on my wife's birthday....... don't need to say any more really do I.

I think I could manage the period bike and clothing, but I might have to hire a waxed moustache if they are compulsory

A quick update. l'Eroica Brittania will be on 20 -22nd June 2014 in the Peak District National Park. It's going to be a cracker and must if you are into your Retrobikes . Here's a link to the Facebook page for the event: https://www.facebook.com/eroicabritannia
