The conventional-swing variant of M750 was FD-M751, but these are very rare as there was very little call for conventional-swing at that time (99 onwards). Also it's a Mega9 mech, and they were designed more to suit fatter (by then mainly aluminium) seat tubes. They do work with 8-speed and slim seat tubes, but not as well. You need an FD-M737 or FD-M738.
