Name These Cranks Please

Moonhead Machine for sure!

Looks like that Mantis may belong to flyingsuperpetis (sp?), not sure of his real name but pretty sure he was the main man at Moonhead Machine, he of the pimped Trimbles....there were a few completed sets around for show bikes I believe :D

The guys name is Pete Doering, they never went in to production, and i think only 6 sets were ever CNC'd.

Rumour has it that they cost around $500 to machine the arms.

Everything Moonhead can be found here http://www.americanvelorotica.com/

I remember reading about that somewhere. Guys came in in the morning and it'd been pinched. They were seriously miffed as the security was so poor - anyone with an exhibitors badge could walk in and out, any time of the day / night without any hassle at all...

They were also a bit confused why the more 'desirable' bikes and pieces at adjacent stands were left untouched...

I guess they were stolen because of the cranks alone!
