HELP ID-ING VERY OLD RACE FACE CRANKS

Curious if anybody knows anything about these. They may be road cranks? I’m really not sure. Definitely older than 1995, I can sus that much out. Length is still hand scribed and spider is held on with a lock ring. Initially I thought the “1003” was 2003 but it’s definitely not, possibly the production run? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

If they're the road spider, then they are probably 1995 IB Road at the earliest.
Since that's when it came out.
You'll want 107/110 bottom bracket.

I've not seen enough road to know any spider differences, and it's too early to check on arm styling and the lockring (that's cracked).

Is that a crack in the lock ring? They might creak a bit if it is. 95 sounds right for I beams
