Just bought a zaskar ( I think) serial number 03980964, it is stamped 6061 so a good start.

You may find that it is either a late 1998 model, or an early 1999, as they were usually built and date stamped the year before release, mines 0893 making it august 1993 for release 1994 making it a 1994 model.
Gil_m on here does decals, but he makes them to your spec and has a lot of orders so you may be waiting a little bit, they are also available on ebay, if you google image the pictures for your model year then youll know what youre looking for on the bay!
