Kona Kilauea ‘94 or?

Hi there,
Just picked this up and wanting to confirm if it is a ‘94 Kona Kilauea. Also curious what colour options there were at the time.
It is a ‘Race Light’.

My understanding is that both a ‘race light’ and ‘mountain shock’ model was offered in ‘94. Serial number starts with F40…Can anyone confirm?

Nice bike.

The Race Light came with Project 2's and the Mountain Shock with front suspension, both options when new so you could have either really.

That looks pretty original, nice buy. For future reference always photograph from the drive side; the nerds get upset
