Yeti/Schwinn Over/Undergrown

Found this on my way home today and thought I could give it a nice home. It looks like a Moab (rack holes in the wishbone) without the machined chainstay to BB piece. Original satin black powder coat. Schwinn drop outs. Anybody want to try to establish year and model? Birthplace?

I don't know a lot about them but as I said previously have a chat with "cactuscorn" on mtbr, I know he has (or had) quite a few 90s Schwinn frames so may be able to help you out. He can normally be found lurking in the Turner forum.
