YETI-EASTON-C-26 tubes

Another tubeset (re)appears. Wonder if the buyer will do as good a job in creating a C-26 rep as ameybrook. Assuming they use them.

ZOMG a not quite nearly NNNNNNOS stolen tubeset from teh YETI 7000 pund no haterz.

Is not rat mister Fawlty, is Siberian Hamster!

only useful if you want a 16in or smaller frameset. the tubes are too short to be used for larger sizes.

Why bother? Identical carbon wrapped alloy tubes are readily available in the far east in any length or diameter. You can have metres of the stuff within a week.

Is there something to identify these tubes as being genuine? Without key markings or identifiers, and aside from carbon dating them (no pun intended), how could anyone actually know they're from the early '90's or made last week in Asia?

Fair point. But isn't soul a strong force in our (or any) retro hobby?
