There are quite a few double front mechs that will accommodate three rings, campag 980 series comes to mind and the rears for these have longer rear mechs too. I'm currently using a Mavic 810 double on a Mavic 635 triple with no problems, as long as you keep in mind the difference in # of teeth between inner and outer ring. The rear triomphe mech will take upto 30t and the 980 26t, Campag strada is available in a triple too.
