Well I dont know how I can thank Mr cornholio's RC200 enough, he sent a replacement right arm for my straight jackets out of the goodness of his heart and didn't want a penny. Makes me feel like doing a good deed on here for karma. Anyway the arm is a different colour which is cool as they're looking tatty and need a respray anyway sooo, what colour shall I paint them, they currently got the dark grey mirrored lenses. Whats peoples thoughts? :D

i thought genrally striaght jackets are off white with brown leather straps?

id love some karma :D

Pleased you got it OK and it fitted. Oakley have a habit of changing things just when they feel like it.

Just as well it was the right arm; my mrs told me she put the other bit in the bin the other week  In fact I had to go fishing in the bin in the lounge for this one after a 'cleaning' spree

Lol women hey and thier cleaning sprees, I lost those straight jackets for 2 years at one point, searched all over for them and when I'd kind of come round to the idea of having to buy some more I found em lol

my second pair of A wires (first ones got nicked when my car was broken into) went missing from home. sat on the table by the front door in their vault never to be seen again.

moral of the story..... buy bloc or cebe instead - £25 - £45, lenses aren't quite as good but it doesn't matter if you sit on them, lose them or run them over with your landrover

Oakley have a great warranty. I had a pair as driving glasses and sat on them one day.

Sent them off to Oakley and they were sent back repaired for free.

Did the same a few years later and as they were no longer stocked they gave me a new pair of glasses for half price.

Bought the missus some Oakleys about 8 years ago. . looked like the current Square Wire 2.0's . . she cleared out the car and they went in the bin never to be seen again...

My XX 24K's went missing for over a year but turned up safe and sound..
