OK I purchased this second hand recently...but found I dont have the time to use it.

Included is

Xbox 360 premium with 20gig hard drive
wireless controller
VGA lead for high def hook up to a PC monitor or TV
Composite lead for high def connection to TV

Games:
Grand theft auto 4 (the reason I bought the Xbox)
Forza 2
Dead rising
Project gotham racing 3 (i think...will have to check)
