Is it a coincidence that e***p made and retracted a bid of £6,500 earlier in the day, then a minute later made and retracted a bid of £655, whereas the final 'price' turned out to be £654?

And it was prompted by a bid of £650 from somebody with 516 transactions who had previously bid £55.
