WTD: Paul Melvin singlespeed Chain tensioner

bit of a longshot really..

It seems half links and narrow wide rings dont play nicely.. so if i want to use my oval chainring on my singlespeed im going to need a tensioner that will take up a bit more slack..

Does anyone have anything?
