anyone got any old non working or poor functioning shimano rapid fires they want to donate? looking to build up stock of spares so i can offer a service fixing them.

also if any one wants any fixing i charge £5 including return postage

Thinking about it, I've got some Sram X9 that go 'tight' - I've had them apart and thought I'd fixed it, but guess I missed something, feels like there's a shim missing (I don't think there is but that's the kind of binding feeling).

Will drop you a line when I'm back next week if you do Sram and I don't forget...
