WTD: Large Cannondale CAAD3/4 frame with H/shock

I used to have a lovely CAAD 3 F1000sl in reptilian fade.... it were lush. But back then (199 I was a poor student and had to sell the beauty for the beer fund.

Nonetheless, 12 years on and I'd like to own one again. I'd also consider the Chromalusion Purpleen paint job.

Frame or complete bike WHY?

and I have a set of Headshok forks that need a little attention that I am going to be selling too. The air piston has broken but apart from that I don't know what they are like ap[art from the needle bearings feel nice and smooth.
