WTD - Hope torsion arm or Specialized Shark Fin

After a Hope torsion arm for adapting a v-brake frame to discs. Just need the arm (universal one, not the one that incorporates the caliper), the short axle and the nut that bolts into the dropout. Happy to take a hub including the short axle.

Or after a Specialized Shark Fin if anyone has one spare (just found out about these).
