WTD Hope No.4 Caliper or Pre-IS Adapter

I’m building up a 1997 Sintesi Bazooka and am trying to fit a set of Hope C2 brakes to it. I’m having a problem fitting the rear Caliper as the frame has a pre-IS mount (48.5mm).

Would anyone have a no.4 Hope Caliper they would sell me, or an adapter to take a formula 48.5mm Mount up to an IS 51mm Caliper?

I've got a set of Hope4 callipers and levers that I can let go for a few gold coins.
They need an overhaul but you're welcome to have them
