WTD: Fancy lugged road frame in poor condition and sm. size!

In as bad a condition as possible without actually being corroded through or really badly bent or dented. Nice fancy lugs, fancier the better, and no bigger than 21" max.

Why...? I have an itch to scratch!

I want to have a go at reproducing a hand painted fancy lugged bike I had years ago and never should have sold. Cheap as chips ideally as this is a project that may go nowhere. There's the ideal thing on Hilary Stone's website for under £100 so I know they exist, but not sure he's easy to get hold of any more, and anyway, would rather give you lot first shot at providing the answer....and not pay £95!! :mrgreen:
