WTD; Cheap Aluminium Frame 20" - 21"

I am looking for an aluminium frame due to the the Sweden winter conditions and the amount of salt used on the roads. Don't want to pay the cash to get powder coating for one of my Trek's, so that will just remain as a summer exercise hack.

Looking to pay, 40 to 50 pound which includes the post cost to Sweden. I know it is ask but someone must have a frame they don't want.

I was just looking it to that actually,

DHL is alot cheaper,

Looks like I will have to pay abit more, what frame is it and pictures would be grand
