wtd: Campagnolo rear axle or whole hub

I have a set of nice wheels - Campagnolo and Mavic tubulars from around 1983. The rear hub is missing its axle.

I would like to put these wheels back into service but I only have Shimano spares, no Campagnolo at all.

Anything out there? Any hubs with broken flanges?
