Wtd. Campagnolo Gran Sport parts

I am after various Grand Sport parts from the early 60's to finish the resto on my Freddie Grubb.

1. Double down tube shifter
2. Chain set
3. Rear Mech
4. A pair of mounting bolts for a pillbox front shifter
5. Just remembered I also need a headset as the one I bought turned up being a French thread rather than the British as advertised.
