WTD: around 20" vintage 531 road frame in tatty condition...

...for a project I have in my head :facepalm:

Needs to be steel, 531 or similar, as old as you like, doesn't matter. I'll probably be hand painting flowers and stuff on it to replicate the 'barge bike' I had a very long time ago! Something with nice lugs would be great but I appreciate that may mean 'expensive' and as you can see from above it's not worth letting me have a nice frame

If I've got any swaps it will probably be MTB orientated bits, otherwise it needs to be cheap because the car needs taxing this month and that's all my play bike money gone :roll:

Check the for sale section. Graeme The Runner has just put something in there which sounds ideal for your requirements...
