WTD: 56cm Steel frame

I need a 56cm or Med road frame for commuting. Needs to have room/eyelets for full length guards. I was riding a 531 Bob jackson, so after something similar. Needs 130mm spacing and pref take a 27.2mm seatpost, English BB. Just need a bare frame, just looking to swap over components, seller must be able to post.

Sorry, back on the hunt again, bike arrived off ebay, but sizing was different to listed. I'm having real trouble finding a frame/bike with guard clearance.
