Yes can do either, but the one with the red Ano is Compact drive not standard drive and £110 posted for bare cranks, you will need a 127mm axle BB with either cranks too and spacers for the Granny ring.

Possibly interested in the plasma mech,
but only the rear one if it's possible

(the 5.0 is not period corect with plasma and not in the same range)

info : we could find here plasma rear mech from new (a company is still producing this curiosity) for 40euros (+-35£)
