They used to run the infomercial at 3am over here a few years back. It works on bikepaths. Off road would be a crap-shoot, as in the entire 30 minute spiel, they never ventured out of the park with it. Worse comes to worse, you buy it and it doesn't work off road, paint it gold and sell it to marin man.
