Yeah i know it was'nt personal fella. They chased it and the Germans stood it. To thier credit they were very graciuos in victory. Ashley Cole irregardless of what fan forums slag him for in his private life.. played more than well enough in all the games...Cole and Lahm on the same field of play.. was.. irregardless of other dramatic events ....a masterclass in left fullback play, a position that is ultimately the hardest one to infill with such high quality.

Yeah,

To me it wasn't pretty and the second half was all about the emotions on the pitch, but hey they got the result so they must have done something right.

I still cannot believe they did not punish the Brasilian disorganisation when they went down to 10 men. They should have put a 3rd in and that would have saved hundreds of heart attacks amongst the Dutch. Or maybe I should I say I cannot believe how completely Brasil desintegrated those last 20 minutes.
