Never owned a stand , I prefer to sit down while I work . Did nearly buy a feedback elite yesterday though
There's little reason for the bike to be in the air . Once the headset is in , forks , stem and the wheels it can sit on the ground . Before anyone mentions gears , place the bike along side a table or something similar , lean the bike so the seat is on the edge and push on the bar . Look at that the rear wheels in the air and you can pedal it with your other hand too .
