Thanks Santa!!
Peak wave heights of four and five metres were recorded on the Sydney Buoy throughout the morning with corresponding peak wave periods hitting thirteen seconds; a robust swell that overwhelmed most beach breaks, but never the less combined with light offshore winds up until 10.00am to produce one of the better mornings seen in quite some time.
Got out yesterday morning in the first decent swell to hit Sydney in weeks.. Tore it up on my new 6/2 Simon Anderson which has only hit the water twice since purchased two weeks ago!! Sunshine too and a rockin 25C to boot..

Went up to North Head to watch the SunSet with my girlie yesterday evening too.. Nice photo.. That's Sydney City in the background..
