just bought some trainers on ebay, paid with paypal but before i could pay i had to renew my password (page was www.paypal.co.uk at the top etc)
anyway payment's gone through and i've just got an email from paypal saying i have limitted account acsess. logged onto paypal (not following any links - i typed it in) and it is asking again for a new password? everytime i log in its the same thing, select a new password.
if i click on hte resolution centre it says outstanding issues - select security questions and change password. done this several times now.
thier help centre is a joke louise, the virtual agent may as well be a monkey and as far as i know there is no othjer way of contacting someone.
what to do? are my millions safe?
