Wich chainring? Wich headset? For a Marin Team...

Hi,
I have a cranckset shimano XT m730, but the chainrings are dead...So I have to change them. So normally it's some shimano SG who goes on it, but I don't know if it's still possible to find some (5 bolt, 74/100mm)...Is there anybody who can tell me wich brand could be as good...I've seen somes Sasla...But there are not SG...Is it important because I'd like to put a XT cassette so it's SG on the rear...
I have to choose a headset 1 inch threaded...it was still normally a XT headset on my bike (marin team)... But it's hard to find today...I've seen some Tange-Seiki Levin...Is there anybody who can tell me if there are good as well? Or which one should I put?
For all those parts I'm suching black ones...If somebody as offers to do!!!
That's all for today, héhé!
Sorry for my English!
Thanx for your help and answers!

Guillaume.

ps: if somebody have somes pics about marin team of 1989/1990!!! Let me know, please!

Thank you for this perfect link!
There're all nice, wich one should I prefer? héhé!
The middleburn set seems really ok!

I've just seen they are compatible with 8/9 speed, does it mean that it will be ok with a 7speed cassette too?

As I said, these rings will work with any chain, and in fact you could use a 9-speed chain with your 7-speed cassette if you wanted to, but a 7-speed chain will be fine on these rings.

The only thing you can't do is use a 7/8-speed chain on a 9-speed cassette, because it's too wide to fit between the sprockets, but it doesn't sound as though you need to be concerned about that.

Personally I always use TA chainrings. They last much longer than anything else.

For some reason the MTB community in the UK doesn't seem to use them.
