=is maybe (arguably) the understatement of the century (or even millenia)!
Some years back, I think it was in 2006 or so..... there was a now - really famous film
about a future of the society, where the vast majority of the people would be idiots &
where a guy would be just astonished about waking up after many many years in a coma
just to find out that the once great world turned into something once never thought of being possible
- so sth. really distopyan, even totally unbelievably stupid.
The film's name was/is "Idio-cra-cy" you can watch some really funny sequences on YT. LOL

Its a great film. See also the Buck Rogers episode(the 70's spandex one) where Buck goes to the orbiting space casino where all the games are based on times tables. He cleans up and the local mob think he's cheating with some hidden calculator. "Hey thats impossible! Nobody can do 6x7 in their head."

Nice to see the flipper knocked the bike down by about c$700. If it were local I'd consider it for under $100.
