The seller - nice lady - has bee ntrying to sell this Trek for some time now. It was her husband's who passed away leaving this Trek and an already sold Klein Adept.
I am sure that if someone wanted it for £100 and made her an offer she would take it.

Sure, its certainly not up there with the super high quality stuff like a Zaskar, but it is a good frame, and pretty rare. I think it is worth £200, and it would have sold in the US, but maybe we dont appreciate/value the 80s stuff as much over here. Obviously condition plays a part too, as long as the seller has been honest about the frame and parts i think its worth it, you cant always tell with eBay though.
 
the klein that went was mint so no reason to believe this wouldn't be the same.

nice bike full of nice kit.

Trek, not the most desirable brand though. Goes to show how much "retro" is driven by fashion IMHO
 
:) Looks very mint, like the paint, these must be pretty rare in this condition, probably the ONLY one in this condition.
