Why has no-one outed this.......

Aren't Kleins made of the type of aluminium alloy that will turn into dust in 25 years time anyway?! It will look like a bike frame but upon removing the BB the frame will fall out as powder, leaving tubes of paint behind!?

Really, i think its quite simple, you have a couple of folk who know exactly what's its worth and what's required, and they are trying to Separate the wheat from the chaff, any one who expects it to sell cheap is deluded. doesn't make a difference if the bids go up, and the beginning middle or end,

When was the last time you saw a Chehalis built Klein sell cheap......?

It's in London so probably quite a few interested people nearby. If one or more people have visited the seller to view the bike, they may be prepared to bid more than those who are bidding off the photos. I don't think I'd bid that much without visiting the seller first, and viewing the bike, but maybe that's just me.

Oh, and it's collection in person only, so chances are that some bidders are local and have already seen it in the flesh.
