White Ind ENO and Middleburn splines compatible?

My White Industries ENO crankset has a spiderless chainring with a spline interface.

Can someone confirm it is not just wishfull thinking on my part that the White Industries spline interface is actually compatible with the Middleburn UNO spline?

I googled a picture and the number of lobes on the spline appears the same..
