I hear the UK build sentiment, but you have a US made frame, so surely a few inches of US chromoly wouldn't hurt (snicker).
That bike begs for a nice Salsa or Ritchey steel stem.
Just my opinion of course, which as people are all too ready to remind me, is worth very little.
It's your bike, so whatever you think looks best is the right answer.
