Which Campagnolo hub...

Old School Grand Master
...is this?
I've just bought an old M Steel Gold Medal and it came with some lovely Harry Rowlands built wheels. Trouble is the rear hub seems to have been built with some bits missing.
It had a bit of a whobbli so I regreased it and attempted to adjust the bearings. No matter how tight I tighten the drive side nut there is still slackness in the adjustment. It seems to be missing something between the hub and cassette.
So can anyone identify the hub or maybe even have an exploded diagram of the gubbins?

Ta in advance!

they are chorus I think - those were the only cassette hubs apart from record with the greaseport in the centre, and these aren't record.

You need to tighten the non-drive side nut. The drive side one tightens the freehub onto the axle, but the NDS one does the wheel bearings. The Campagnolo exploded view shows it all.

A-HA!
Thanks!
I really want to get out for a spin but this was preventing that.
To the shed...

but thinking about it...
hmmm...

Re:

Sorted!
Thanks Hamster, though they are pretty grumbly. I think maybe new cones and/or cups are called for, with new balls please.
Are there any good suppliers of old campy stuff or would getting a new old hub and cannabalising it be the way to go ?

For Campag spares Mercian is a good starting point. gfk_velo on this forum also is heavily into spares and works for an authorised repairer IIRC.

Also check that the grumbly bit isn't caused by the outer freehub bearing. Unlike Shimano it rotates all the time. It's not difficult to replace (unlike the inner one) and is a stock industrial sealed bearing available from a bearing factor. Typically you can diagnose it as the wheel will spin freely when freewheeling (clicking) but feel stiffer when engaged.
