Where to get new elastomers for various vintage forks in EU?

This is my first post here so be gentle. I have a Manitou 2 fork that requires new elastomers. The only place where I found these items is at http://www.suspensionforkparts.net/ but shipping to Europe is expensive (I'm in the Netherlands) and it takes 2-3 weeks. Is there someone similar in Europe that offers rebuild kits for old forks?

I got some Rockshox elastomers from the LBS but they are way to firm, I can only compress the fork 5mm.
