Where can I get some aero blade alloy spokes ???????? 26inch

Best wheels I've built have been with DT Revolution and/or Professional.

Revolutions are available in 2,0-1,5 and 1,8-1,5. Professionals are 2,0-1,8

If you're even asking about alloy spokes I'd stick my neck out and say you're probably not ready to try building wheels with Revolutions yourself, condescending as it may sound.

totaly agree with you there mate iv'e built loads of wheels with revs for club/road riders and they built up to some tight, light well balanced wheels

scott come see me and il sort you out at a very good price mate 8) please dont try building with revs yourself they take a great degree of skill and experiance to build with  8)

  I can build a wheel you know   But I may not have time to do them so dan I will let you know when I get the hubs and the job will be yours  I am building them as a spare set for my marin as I do not want to ware my spinergy rev out

Competition, I think, not Professional.

In theory, Competitons also come in 1.8 - 1.6 - 1.8mm, but British bike shops never seem to have them:

My favourite spokes for special builds are Ritchey WCS, made by DT, 1.8 - 1.6 - 2.0mm, with super-short butts. I don't think they're made any more, but I've got a couple of boxes tucked away.

Does anyone know a UK online shop with 1.8mm nipples (alloy or brass) in stock at reasonable prices?

iv'e got some ritchey wcs rims going cheap in 32 hole if you want very clean and would look the nuts on the marin

Thanks dan but I already have some new old stock campag aero rims in 28 spoke that weigh nothing and look the dogs b....x :D I think that red and blue alternating nipples would look cool :D Just need to find some extra light hubs in 28 spoke preferably in polished alloy

I thought the WCS spokes came with the nipples, should be gold coloured ones.
I recently dismantled my rear wheel 900/230tib that had them (though think mine where 2.0 at the nipple end, going to have to check now so long since I built it up), now using Revs though just 'cos you can actually buy them. Was never a DT fan back in the day, preferred Wheelsmith not something you can really buy over here now :(

WCS spokes do come with gold nipples. I need the 1.8mm nipples to go with a couple of sets of DT Aero Speeds I bought on closeout. To be honest, I'm not too fond of gold either...
