when will this be considered a Retrobike?

Jesper's Carbitubo (essentially an Alan Carbonio); I don't think it has ever seen the tarmac. Will it fall apart after sitting for 45 yrs. Edit: 35 yrs not 45.

The twin downtube ti models break frequently at the bb.

I would assume the extra stress is no different here - so avoid sprinting out of the saddle and cobbles!

The glue ought to be ok, the problem is corrosion on the metal lug where the glue attaches!

From a collectable value point of view, occasional, gentle use.

Lugged carbon deffo Retro, and killer with the decor paint👌

@bikeworkshop I was told he got it unused. I know I saw it with some carbon bits installed, but never any wheels so it is probably good integrity wise, excepting what others said about resin deterioration. I think I got the age wrong by 10 yrs; should be from around 1990 or so.. Nothing I could afford to own.
