Hollowtech crank removal

Attempted to remove this crank because the axle is hollow when I screw the tool in its not pushing against anything

Octalink crank remover has a "top hat" that pops into the axle end for the tool to bear against.

Iirc a well placed 5pence piece does the same job.

Pretty sure this is how I did it until I got the larger end on the Park tool. Any suitably sized washers will do the same job too.

If you already have the Park crank remover you can go to the Park website and buy just the Octalink end piece for a couple of bucks instead of having to buy a whole nother remover. That is what I did. You can actually buy pretty much any tool or parts for tools from the Park website individually.

Yeah, you need the Isis or Hollow Tech end on the crank extractor or a washer. About 5p size.
