i have a small problem,i need a blue ringle hub which elite 504 has sourced no probs,however,i have a sunset rim here waiting for the hub,question is-
is it better to buy a wheel built with a silver 217 rim and then swap the rims over and get it tensioned/trued by lbs OR buy a nos hub and send it to someone on here to build letting them supply the nips and spokes?? nos hub and used wheel are the same price...
