I decided to buy the parts myself and build them myself, plenty of online guides around (I mainly used the guide on Sheldon Browns site). I found it very interesting and the wheels have actually turned out ok (so far

If I need them fine tuning then I can always take them to my LBS, trueing a wheel comes in at £5-10 depending on how taco'd it is
