Just found this bike for sale. What is this frame? (Brand and year). It has stamped 'Ritchey' above the rear dropout.

This is a Scott, "CST", 93-ish,
also the fork is Scott unitrack.

The Ritchey bit on the dropouts just means the frame uses dropouts made by Ritchey
