Whats it worth.

Ive just recieved ny nery first 'proper' mountain bike back from long term storage in my parents shed.

Its a 1993 (I think) GT Tequesta, in black with orange / yellow graphics, and in 100% original condition, apart from a few age related light scratches, in fact i think i still have the original tyres somewhere too !

What would it be worth ? :?: Owt or Nowt ?

not much to be honest, I don't think the Tequesta was high up the pecking order. Get out on it an enjoy it though, doesn't matter what it's worth.

models like the zaskar, psyclone and zixang which the average paper round couldnt buy are the most sought after.

basically, whatever we droolled over as teens

so, all the Ti frames, high end limited run handbuilt steel frames are sought after (take a look at Fat Chance!).

in short, high quality items - same as in cars, hifi and antiques.

not that your tequesta is bad, if I was offered a good one, I'd bite their hand off, buts thats me.

Find a group of people on ebay who are all after a specific item and it will drive up the price.
