Whats it worth?

Hi, this is my first post and I'm sorry to say its another whats it worth thread. I have a Giant Cadex CFR-3 carbon framed bike sitting on Mavic rims. It needs new shifters and cables and there is a tiny nick in the seat. Other than that it is in great condition. I have had it checked over by my local bike shop and he says everything else is in perfect working order. So can anyone tell me what I should be asking for this?
