If thats the case ,then he should of put a realistic price on the auction not just 99 p to save on listing fees ...

He lives in CC Dan and was selling a GT road bike on here a few weeks a go ,now there cant be that many Barrys in Carlton who like bikes that we dont know

That Raleigh Banana is a deeply unspecial bike and could only be worth £100 for sentimental reasons, barely a tenner otherwise. Don't be fooled by the non-original bars, stem and aero brake levers.

CK, I'm not being rude rude but how actually did you win the bike. It looks like he pulled the auction before the end? Nothing you can do about that I'm afraid. Just start looking for another and let the tosser play his games alone.
