cool will have a look, you know what travel is on these??

The model year is usually the year after the year stamped above the dropouts.

I can't remember whether the yellow one with a solid brace was a Z4 or a Z5, maybe 98ish or 99ish?

Z4 alloy 1999
dual SSV valves
70mm travel with 5mm negative
Forged crown
Cast alloy arch and legs
Easton EA70 coated stanchion tubes
Pro-wind springs
15mm external preload

Should be a changeable steerer :?

and i think Bob built them on a Wednesday

Are the legs powder coatable??? And ate the forks easy to dismantle??

Yes and Yes

Although i've never stripped this fork i have the Z1 and 2's which are basically the same
Marzocchi seem to know you'll be stripping them so its usually not that difficult[unlike their on most modern sus forks
Undo the tops pour out the oil and replace.Unless its actually leaking around the seals then the only thing you need do is replace the fluid every 10 yrs or so

Cool I might be putting them on my sex one, powder coated white like the frame. Would they work with it??
